Two weeks ago the volleyball team was on the road at Hiram College and Allegheny College. They lost to Hiram College in three straight games with the score of 25-10, 25-15, 25-20 and also lost to Allegheny College in three straight games with the score of the games being 25-19, 25-15, 25-22.
Kees looks to next weekend with optimism. She stated, “Overall we played very well. I’m excited for our game next weekend against Oberlin College, because I know if we play how we did against Kenyon College, we can win.”
Up Next
During homecoming weekend, the volleyball team will be at home against Oberlin College starting at 4 p.m. This will be the second straight weekend that the Yeowomen will play against the lady Quakers.
Senior middle blocker Keeley McAnnis-Enteman stated, “This is going to be a huge weekend for us with a lot of older players coming back to watch us play this weekend. Since we just played Oberlin College we feel really confident that we can pull out a victory for us and the older players.”
