The 2009 baseball team started conference play last weekend with a four-game series with North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) rival Wittenberg University. The Quakers lost both games of Saturday’s doubleheader 7-3 and 9-3 but showed some resilience by splitting Sunday’s doubleheader.
